These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of UGC Brand Leads, our related support services, and these hosted legal pages.

2) Your agreement to these terms

By downloading, accessing, browsing, subscribing to, or using UGC Brand Leads, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the app or related services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we may update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide further notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

3) Who may use the app

You may use UGC Brand Leads only if you can lawfully enter into a binding agreement and your use complies with applicable law. The app is intended for users aged 18 or over, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher.

If you use the app on behalf of a business or entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4) Accounts and security

Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact us promptly.

5) Subscriptions, billing and purchases

UGC Brand Leads may offer paid subscriptions, premium features, or in-app purchases. Prices, billing periods, and included features may be shown within the app, on the relevant app store, or on associated sales pages.

If you purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are generally handled by that platform under its own terms and policies unless applicable law requires otherwise. We do not control all store-level billing decisions.

You are responsible for reviewing the purchase details before completing payment. We may change pricing, subscription structures, or feature availability in the future.

6) Your licence to use the app

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, access, and use UGC Brand Leads for your personal or internal business use.

This licence does not permit you to sell, sublicense, copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the app or its content except as expressly allowed by us or by applicable law.

7) Brand route and business information

UGC Brand Leads may display business contact routes, brand opportunity pathways, public application forms, business email addresses, route labels, freshness dates, notes, and similar business information intended to help creators organise outreach.

That information may change over time and may become outdated, unavailable, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that any route, contact path, business email, or opportunity remains active, valid, or suitable for your needs at all times.

You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it and for ensuring that your outreach complies with applicable law, platform rules, anti-spam obligations, and professional standards.

8) Prohibited activities

You agree not to misuse UGC Brand Leads. In particular, you must not:

  • Scrape, copy, harvest, export, resell, or republish brand-route data, business emails, lists, or app content in an unauthorised way.
  • Use bots, scripts, automation, or extraction tools to access the app or compile its data into other databases or services without our written permission.
  • Use the app for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, spam, or harassing activity, including outreach that violates anti-spam laws or platform rules.
  • Attempt to bypass security, access controls, subscriptions, or rate limits or interfere with the app’s operation.
  • Upload malicious code, reverse engineer the app, impersonate others, or use the app to compete unfairly with us.

9) Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the app, including its software, design, layout, databases, text, graphics, features, trademarks, and other content, except for content you provide yourself.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.

10) Disclaimers

UGC Brand Leads is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, continuous availability, or that the app will always meet your expectations or business goals.

No legal or professional advice: Contract Check, contract-related notes, pitch templates, and similar features are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, compliance, or professional advice. You remain responsible for taking independent advice where appropriate before signing agreements or relying on any output.

No guarantee of deals or results: We do not guarantee brand responses, collaborations, earnings, conversions, or commercial outcomes from using the app.

11) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, data, or anticipated savings arising from or related to your use of UGC Brand Leads.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the app or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app or related services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or £100 if you have not paid us anything, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits such exclusion.

12) Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to UGC Brand Leads if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created risk for us or others, misused the app, or where we need to do so for security, legal, operational, or commercial reasons.

You may stop using the app at any time. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, intellectual property protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights that cannot be limited by this clause.

The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
